On Wikileaks

A short one, but I'm of the opinion that Wikileaks has crossed a line recently.  International diplomacy functions because of confidentiality, not in spite of it.  Those who call for complete transparency 'so the public can decide' forget that we live in a world with a definite darker side, the public are not read or equipped to deal with it.

I also think Wikileaks is not an unbiased source.

There's definitely something to this. However, this point has mostly been used to try to absolve governments of any embarrassment or wrongdoing -- which seems pretty ridiculous.
